DYSPEPSIA
                        IT covers pain,fullness,early satiety and nausea.{1.PPI,  2.H pylori eradication,  H2 antihistamine}

GASTRO OESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE{GERD}
                                                    It includes heart burns, acid regurgitation,difficulty in swallowing(dyphagia),oesophageal inflamation(oesophigitis),ulceration and structure formation may occur in association with asthma.
Mild symptoms:-1antacids n alginates, 2 H2 anti histamine.
Severe symptoms:-1PPI, 22 anti histamine.
